CATERING POLICY AND PROCEDURES 

Catering Charges

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one business day before your event.

There will be an expedited fee of $175 for orders needed in seven days or less.

An estimated cost of each event is provided by catering based on an agreed scope of service. Any expansion of the scope of service must have proper approval.

Advance Notice 

At your service, we welcome the opportunity to respond to all of your catering needs. Because good planning will ensure a successful event, The following information is offered to assist you. If you have any further questions feel free to call us. 314/ 601~3333. When full meals are to be served, be sure to book enough time for set up and breakdown. Catering orders can be submitted online or during a scheduled in-person consultation. If you’re planning a LARGE event, we highly recommend you book us 30 days prior to your event. Catering policies are subject to change without notice but WILL NOT affect existing bookings that have been confirmed.

Hours 

Signature Suggs Catering is open 24/7 on the website. Office appointments and consultations are available by appointment only.

Leftovers

All leftover food remaining property of client/customer unless requested 

otherwise. 

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made at least three working days in advance. If a cancellation is made two working days in advance, you will be billed 50% of the invoice total. If a cancellation is made one day or less or the day of the event, you will be billed the total amount of the invoice.
